Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Overview
At Embrodzee, your satisfaction is our priority—if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
You may request a return or exchange only if
- You received a damaged, defective product, or a wrong product was delivered.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
- To start a return, you can email us at embrodzee@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for damaged, defective products, size, or fitting issues, or if the wrong product was delivered.
- To initiate an exchange, email us at embrodzee@gmail.com with your order details.
- Exchanges must meet the same conditions as returns (unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact).
- Exchange will be available only same style for size only.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue in the original packaging with tags intact. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Please note that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for correctly delivered and undamaged items.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
